Chongqing - School (Elementary and Secondary)
Located on the west of Chongqing in a newly developed area, the project aimed to create a middle school and high school building.
Surrounded by housing developments and low quality environment, our idea was to create an introverted architecture, that will open to it’s center courtyard where is a park will be created and to the out side only through non-direct openings. This principle created a façade of opaque white blocks piled-up, challenging the traditional image of the school architecture.
重庆学校
该项目位于重庆市西部的一个开发区新城，旨在建造一所初中和高中共同办学的校园建筑。
周围是地产正在开发建设的住宅，环境质量较差。我们的想法是创建一个内向型建筑，使其向中心庭院开放，我们也将在此打造一个公园，且从这里只能通过非直接形式的开口通往校园外部。基于此原则，我们创造了一个由白色砖块堆砌而成的不透明外立面，挑战了校园建筑的传统形象。
